Hi myself Imtiaz Attar, Im regular customer of msrtc servic travelling frequntly from Pune to sangli and some time to my native Koyna . I used my own online ID for Reservation for travelling, on 15/01/2017 I have planned to visit my native Koyannagar for attend home fuction and I wanted to return back on same day because on monday, 16/01/17 My dughters exam was there in Pune . I booked to two tickets to go and return . At the time of Bokking i found there is no pick up point for both buses(Going and Coming)But all buses have compulsory stop for Koynanagar .So I booked ticket( Detail of Retrin ticket Ticket No[protected]Bus -Chiplun Chicwad Time 10.30pm For Me, My wife and my 2daughters, one is 8 yr Old and other is 2 yrs old, -Paid 842 +Con Chrges ) From Pune to Popahli and Pophali to Pune (Popali was in list).In Day time, I faced no issue as I dropped properly in Koyana but when coming I may suffer that if i not to convey to chiplun Depot that I was not standing on Pophli, instead of it i was standing ahead At koyana stop .in the eve I went to Koyananagar Bus stand -controller room but it got closed at 5pm, I reached @5.30 pm .At 8.19pm I called Chiplun Depot, numbers taken from internet But only Ringing[protected] I tried again afer some time but no reply, tried other nuber[protected] but ringing, Then I got warrrid then I decided to call Customer Care no s[protected] but ringing . I got shocked, my intention was before deaprture from Chiplun (Satrting point) I can pass my message that I am standing in Koyna .Unfortunately no communication happened that night . I again went to Koyana Bus stand to confirm that all pune buses are really coming on Koyna Bus stand and what time will require to reach from chiplun to Koyana. After finishing our dinner with my family I reached at Bus stand in very cold climate around 11.30pm . Around 12 am one bus chiplun chincwad entred in Bus stand I feel very thank to God and Bus . But my feelig was no more as Bus conducor told that The bus in which your reservation went half hour back with other way called Bypass Helwak . he told that he could not help as there was no seat in his bus .Driver of that bus has given no of bus conductor of missing bus . I called but he was reaching near Umbraj . How could he stop there just for me.
It was terrible experience for me, my wife and daughters to return from dark night at my brothers home, We booked ticket but could not travel, Why bus not Came to Koyana Stand ? Why all numbers not functional when I treid ?
S T mahamandal and their staff has not reaming humanity Some one may suffer terrible mishap, can happen death also? if Koyna is registered stop, who had given permission to go without visit Bus stand
I understood, in debate I may not get my refund back. I may leave that also but management of Bus depot Chiplun, Customer care and Bus Conductor and Driver are responsible for this mistakes ." Pravashyanchya sevesathi" is BridVakaya of ST, but that night It seemed it was not that . I lost t my belief on MSRTC . I always used to praise ST for its good service like Online Reservation, non stop service from satara pune, which is really wander full but with my ex prince henceforth I may not travel in night or even suggest to any one not to travel if you are living in remote area or village
I am discussing this issue with advocate to legal complaint in consumer court as i have all details of proof of my calling .

Worst service ever since MSRTC doesn't maintain cleanes timelines passanger safety punctuality such poor service ever seen
MSRTC must required to upgrade their services as per the fare collecting from public
