The Schedule departure of Pune Swargate - Mumbai Borivali AC Shivneri Bus on 31/05/2017 was 15:00 from Swargate bus station. The bus MH12 HB 1098 started app 45 mins late from Swargate. I was waiting to catch the bus at Pune Vanaz bus stop. MSRTC attendant was present at Vanaz stop but there was a literal chaos. My complaints and suggestions are as below: 1. There was no information with Vanaz MSRTC attendant about the bus being late. Also no one was picking call at Swargate customer care number[protected]. There should be a separate emergency contact number to be provided to MSRTC attendant who will contact control room and will in turn provide correct and factual information to valued passengers. 2. The Vanaz attendant has no authority to adjust passengers in another Shivneri Swargate - Borivli Bus though it was vacant. Also he cannot give refund to customers who would like to cancel the trip due to bus delay. The attendant being face of MSRTC with the customers, he has to be provided authority to adjust passengers in other vacant buses and shall be authorized to pay passenger refund. 3. Online passengers has no information about bus number, time of arrival at various stops. While all other operators are sending SMS to passengers then why not MSRTC. 4.
