I have booked a ticket from solapur to Hyderabad . The actual time of bus is 9:30 pm. But the bus came10:20.pm.. this is completely disappointing of time management of msrtc bus. This is not the first time.. this is my 5 th experience Kindly take necessary action towards buses timings..

At 21 october 2017 i was trying to book my ticket from shrirampur to pune for semi luxury bus but there is some booking error happens and my transaction failed and Rs. 330 also deducted from my account and there was a msg that money will refunded within 3 working days but until now i have not got any refund money, i want my refund
