Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Refund not done

I tried to book ticket on 13-Feb 2023 for the below details

User Id: Moshimkazi
Bus booking Details:
Date - 13-Feb-2023
Bus: Mhaswad to Chinchwad (Pune) 01:15 PM

The amount was deducted from my HSBC Bank throw internet banking (3rd party is Paytm) but the ticket was not booked .

Also the ticket is not available in My Tickets.
