Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Refund Not Received from more than 2 months

I have cancel my ticket on 10 FEB 2022 but till date refund not recived and customer care syaing issue with paytm and we aretaking folloup with them.
I had esaclated this matter to higher authority of MSRTC but no one give reply to me is that ID is exist??
Also in todays digital word more than 2 months required to refund the money??
