Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — refund not received ticket also not generated 2time

I have booked 3 tickets for thanale st from thane cbs to payrechiwadi. My money was deducted but ticket not generated. It happened two times. 405₹ deducted 2 times. I have received only 405₹ one time. Still 405₹ is pending. And mstrc tel number also no one received. It rang rang and auto cut. Previously also i faced same issue. Refund not received around 260+₹ but i didn't complaint. Please help me out
