Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — refund not received yet | |||||
I booked a ticket pune - latur on 16 oct 2017 (Trip number rtnl0003128) but could not able to travel because of the msrtc employees strike. I mailed them about the refund, they mailed back saying refund of 457 inr was initiated on 24 oct 2017 but still it is not reflecting in my bank statements. I mailed my bank statement and ticket details but not able to gain back my money. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had booked a ST ticket from Pune to Mumbai. The bus was supposed to leave swargate at 10. By 11 it still had not left. There is no single contact number of swargate that one can access. Swargate is inaccessible. The state transport should take note of its pathetic services and be ashamed for literally taking its custoners for a ride.
