I cancelled my bus ticket which was scheduled at 11 PM on 07.09.2023 from Beed to Nigdi on 06th Sep'23 with the help of Beed Bus stand reservation office.

Name of traveller:- Sushil Disale and Rutuja Tapse

Date and Time of journey :- 7th Sep'23 11 PM

Boarding Point :- Beed

Destination :- Vallabhnagar

They cancelled ticket successfully and told that refund will get within 48 hours. But refund is not credited even after 72 hours. So kindly help me to get the refund on priority.
