Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Refund of cancelled tickets not yet received

Hi Team,

I have booked two tickets on 2nd Jan from Pune to Solapur, both the tickets are cancelled but amount got deducted from my account. I called the helpline number on 3rd Jan 2024 and they said it will be refunded in 8-10 days. Still I have not received the refund amount.
Please help to refund the amount as soon as possible.
