My daughter was supposed to travel from Pune to Alibag
on 1/1/24 the bus service was Swargate to Murud and we had booked the ticket till Alibag

The bus was delayed we waited for 3 hours at the bus station in pune and returned home as it was inconvenient for my daughter to travel alone as the bus came at 5.30 pm in the evening . it would have reached late night to Alibag owing to the traffic of new year this was the reason told by the conductor as the bus was delayed . we had to for go the journey
I had asked the conductor and he said as the ticket is online you need to complain to office . I have written several times to MSRTC and there is no reply . There phone numbers are not functional . hence thought that this is a right forum for the complaint . Note its highly inconvenient for my daughter and as a parent i am concerned to send my daughter alone as she would have reached no later than 12 am on that day .
Hence we did not board the bus . I request MSRTC to look into the matter and process my refund . Though its a small amount, its the question of security which no one would take responsibility .hence we cancelled the journey .
