Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — regarding mismanagement at barshi bus stand and arrogant and unfriendly behaviour at enquiry counter

I booked ticket for barshi pune 14.00 ist bus having ticket no.29924363 on 2.9.2017. Barshi enquiry counter didn't announce bus even after 14.45 and even after continuous enquiry, people (Lady on desk) didn't helped. Also she arrogantly told us to get lost. Kindly start action and pay me discomfort allowance for harassment. I'll be looking forward for consumer forum complaint if not resolve ed here.
