Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — regarding refund of cancelled ticket

I have cancelled my ticket from hinjewadi to kolhapur but the amount has not been refunded. Kindly take some action asap. I have attached screenshot of my cancelled ticket. It has my ticket number, my personal details and also status of the ticket that is cancelled. It also has the total amount to be refunded.
