Dear sir/mam, My father and mother travelling by msrtc.. Dated[protected] by thane cbs to kolhapur. My parents seated there in shivshahi bus picked up in thane vandana at 11.15 pm. Conductor asking for new ticket even i show him all the proofs. Received message of ticket. And online ticket.. I am asking you why you send the ticket messages.? Please answer.
