Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — request regarding refunding of money for cancelled ticket

Sir, I have booked ticket on 8/6/18 from swargate, pune to hyderabad... But the marte cancelled it due to Rtc strike in mumbai... Till now, I didn't get my money back... So I'm requesting u to note this and refund my money...
It is already more than 25 days ... My humble request is to refund my money as soon as possible... I have submitted my ticket copy to the Rtc authorities in pune...
