Hello,
This is in regards to online Bus reservation made today i.e 01.05.2023 twice without any success for the below bus route for said timing. Payment has been debited but did not receive any ticket or SMS / email confirmation.

@ I have booked an MSRTC ticket from the official MSRTC website.
Bus booking details are as follows:
Chinchwad, Pune to Jalgaon
Date of Journey : 02/05/2023
Date of Booking : 01/05/2023Time of Booking 1: 3, 09 p.mTime of Booking 2: 4.05 p.m
Boarding from: Chinchwad, Pune
Alighting to: Jalgaon
Seat number :4, 6
The payment has been made but i have not received any Reservation confirmation or Ticket for the Bus reservation. Did not receive any ticket over my email address as well. Also, confirmation of the amount debited from the bank's have been received, but no response / confirmation from MSRTC nor it shows any Tickets in My Tickets tab on the website.
I tried once again making payment via another credit card and faced the same issue again. The Money has been debited, but no ticket is displayed or mailed to my email address.
Tried calling multiple times consistently hour after hour to your contact numbers -The Toll free one ([protected]) & Technical Support ([protected] - Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd.) but it was busy every time and thrice nobody cared to pick up the call!!
Attached herewith the screenshots of ticket payment amount debited from bank accounts.Kindly refund the money credited to MSRTC account from my respective bank accounts as the tickets for the journey are not issued till now to me by MSRTC.
Do respond on priority.!--
