Dear sir,
I booked one online ticket of semi-luxury bus; shivajinagar to mahabaleshwar for the date 15th oct-17 at 07:45 hrs; my boarding point was swargate stand & boarding time was 08:05hrs. I was waiting for bus from 07:30hrs till 09:45hrs but bus didn’t came.
I requested swargate depot controller to kindly transfer my tickect either in extra buses which were starting from swargate to mahabaleshwar considering diwali rush or in any other ordinary bus going to mahabaleshwar, but controller was not ready to do so. Controller asked me to take new tickect from swargate to mahabaleshwar and travel, as i was having some important work and return back to pune on same day i travelled by another ordinary bus by taking new ticket.
One thing i would like to bring into notice that, if passanger don’t come on schedule time then bus will not wait for the passanger will go as per schedule, same is the case here, still i waited almost 1 hour 45 minutes. It is my humble request to repay my ticket amount of rs.206. I am herewith attaching my online booked ticket as well as tickets which obtained for second time. Was this information helpful? |
