I am a season pass holder was late today and after waiting at sinnar bus stop for more than 30 min boarded an asiad

We sometimes board the asiad by paying the difference in fares and requested the conductor for the same he flatly refused stoped the bus and was forcing me to get of the bus i told him that i would purchase the ticket but he refused to listen
He acted as if he was the owner of the bus and was very rude also has no knowledge of a difference ticket
