Hello,

My brother came from native and forgot to carry the original copy of pan/ adhar but showed conductor the copies on mobile phone. Conductor was so adamant and denied to see mobile proof and forced to take ticket again.
Please look into this matter seriously.

I am traveling in bus MH 14 BT 2673 from phaltan to swargate at that time bus stop in hotel shivneri but not stop in s t canteens in nira or lonand, these bus passed away from nira and loand without taking stop
