Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — senior citizens concession

I was traveling from nashik to pune. I have shown my mom's document for senior citizen concession, conductor said it's not valid because she doesn't belongs to senior citizen. She is already 64 and 65 is running but still he doesn't allow it. When i came from pune to nashik they allow the concession. But from nashik to pune they charged full money. Are the rules different for different cities?

The buses of shivshai are too dirty. I am travelling from pune to nashik bus I'd full of cockroaches and dirty. They even nor swipe it
What about swach भारत अभियान of modiji. I have photographs but tdue to large size it is not accepting here. The Prasannapurple connection Internet is Avilable in the bus bur fail to connect
