Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — shivneri bus left before time | |
Hello, I booked an online ticket for a Shivneri bus to Thane for 1430 hrs on June 1. I reached Swargate at 1420 and showed my booking to the lady who sits at the ticket desk and was surprised to know that the bus had already left. I told her it had not been 1430 yet so she said the bus was full and we let it go. She told me very curtly to tell the other guy at the information desk what had happened. When I spoke to him there was absolutely no empathy with regard to what happened. He told me very rudely that the bus waited for a long time before it left and asked me why I didn't sit when I came. I told him that the bus wasn't there when I came but he was adamant and said he couldn't do anything. MSRTC employees' behavior was so pathetic and I do not understand how they are working there. If this is how MSRTC is going to behave then I do not know how you'll are going to move forward. If people from other states or foreigners visit and see how things work, they will be disgusted like how I was. Also, there is no option to swipe your card while booking and this totally defeats the purpose of making India cashless.
