I have booked online ticket today30/12/2018 off shivshahi bus from satara to mumbai central root bus schedule time 6pm boarding point joshi vihir fata and journey to dadar west stop. Bus time to pick up at boarding point is 6.24 pm. I have been present there from 6.15 pm at boarding point to 9.15pm almost 3 hrs. Called 5 times to satara depot for enquiring what was the status of bus but nobody is bothered about me and not helping with any information. Please refund my ticket fare rs. 459.
