My wife along with 2 children and parents in law are travelling to dapoli from belapur (Navi mumbai) by shivshahi today dated 20/12/2018 (Attached copy of ticket). Estimated boarding time was around 10:30 from belapur, but bus arrived at around 13:30 hrs. During this period no information was provided to us for the delay more importantly bus conductor was also not professional enough to reply to the queries by travelers. Moreover, after reaching to panvel, travelers were informed that due to broken window the bus will not travel and all passengers will be shifted in another bus which is not of shivshahi standards which raise a dispute and another reason for more delay.
This is not the first time we have experienced such situation related to this services, previously also they change the bus type from shivshahi to normal bus and they pay only around 20 rupees as refund which is what is not understood.
Idea of introducing shivshahi service by government was to ensure hassle free travel, but unfortunately it is one of the worst services due to mismanagement, poor planning, unprofessional approach and attitude of the employees who are directly interacting with passengers.
Hoping this complaint will benefit other passenger for hassle free travel.
