The bus from mumbai central to satara (Timing -12.30), date 22/12/2017 was cancelled. I didn't get informed till 16:00.
I came to know that bus was cancelled when i called to the depot at 16:00. The concern officer of central depot said to me that the adjusted my seat in the bus departured at 14:30 from mumbai central depot.
I was waiting 4 hours for the bus. There is huge lost of my time and money. Who is responsible for this.?? They should to call and inform me about the cancellation of bus. But they didn't. I want action against concerned officer at that time. Why they didn't informed me? This should not happen with others in future. Was this information helpful? |
