Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Ticket money deducted but ticket not booked

Hello! On 13th May I booked my bus ticket for AC shivneri from Maitri park to Wakad, Pune and I even made the payment. But the ticket is not available on the portal nor I received any confirmation email.

I need the refund for my ticket. Please check the attachment below for my payment receipt.
