Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Ticket not booked but money got debited from my credit card

I tried to book the ticket for Shivshahi bus yesterday i.e. on 21'st October 2021 using my SBI credit card. After making the payment at the end, page got refreshed but I did not see any success or failure message and the amount of 977.27 was also debited from my credit card. I did not see the ticket under my ticket section either.
I want to know the refund process for the same.
