Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — ticket not booked but money got deducted from account , waiting for refund | |||||
I have booked 3 tickets from MSRTC site on 18March 2018. On completion of payment I could not see tickets under my account, but still amount of 529.36 was deducted from my account. Also when I tried to call toll free number given on MSRTC site no one replied and it kept on saying that routes are busy. This is really ridiculous, these govt people dont know how to run a simple site. Not sure how can I get it back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
