Dear sir, I gaurav vaidya booked 2 tickets online from msrtc website to travel from swargate pune to miraj on 24/09/2017 at 12.15 pm for seat no. 15 and 16. After booking amount of rs.723 got deducted from my bank account but i didnt receive any confirmation regarding ticket issue (Via e-mail/sms). Kindly reimburse the amount.
