Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Ticket not received after payment successful

Hi,
My MSRTC userid is: keshav19
I have booked MSRTC ticket from official MSRTC website.

Bus booking details are as follows:
Borivali Nancy Colony to Ajara
Date of Journey : 10/03/2023
Boarding from: Borivali Nancy colony
Alighting to: Satara
Seat number :20

I have completed payment using Paytm option:
Transaction ID :[protected]

After payment website directly got redirected to home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received ticket on mobile number as well as email id. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me imideately please
