Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — Transaction done (Money debited) but ticket not booked

Dear msrtc team,
I am Kishor Jadhav writing to you asking for a refund of an amount deducted while doing a transaction on msrtc website on 07.06.2022.
Below is the detail
1. While booking a ticket for 3 passengers, I entered all the detail and go redirected to the page of Phone Pay UPI. I entered my details and payment done of 1055 rupees. But the ticket was not generated.
Bus detail - Pune Railway Station to Sambajinagar
Traveling date - 10.06.2022.

So I request to you please refund the same.

Passenger detail as per below
1) Kishor Jadhav (age- 24 years)
2. Anand Jadhav(age- 65 years)
3. Parvti Jadhav(age- 57years)
