Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Transaction has been done by me but the tickets are not shown

I Manali Sagar ambegaonkar wants to complain about the tickets of pune to ganpatipule which was booked on 4/05/2023 transaction has been done by me but the tickets are not shown in the msrtc official app.please It's my humble request to you too check the seats 20 21, 22 are booked or not or refund my money of ₹1255 on [protected] number thankyou
