Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Vehicle RC paper not received

I had applied for Hypothecation clearance in 2014 for my vehicle no MH 02 BM 7202 to the Andheri RTO, Mumbai with all the required fees. However, haven't yet received the copy of Fresh RC clearing the hypothecation. Saw this portal and hence thought of complaining trying to see if it gets resolved.
