Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — While doing online reservation money got deducted however ticket status shows failed

On 14th jan we were trying to reserve 3 seats (two for female and 1 for male) for the route dhalkathi to swarget via bhor. At 10.51 am money got deducted from the account but still tickets didn't get confirmation we want refund for this transaction.it has been delayed by two days.
