Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Wrong category of bus allocation | |||||
I have a booking for semi luxury category bus from nashik to pune on 21-may-17. Which have 2*2 pushback seats. However we have been ask to board the bus which was not a same category. I take this as fraud from msrtc to customer and need my money back. I also tried asking nashik msrtc officials on this they said we are not responsible for this.
