Maharashtra Traffic Police — Sec 122/177 MVA fine on my car

On dated 09/03/2024 I visited Crawford market with my family members, to drop my family members in parked my vehicle in front of Roopam stores for drop off as there were few other vehicle parked at the same place .
Mean while a traffic police came and fined me under Sec 122/177 MVA while I was seating in the car and was displacing my car to the valid parking location.

On 12 th March at 2:58 pm a challan issued at SP Highway to mumbai Lane A for over speed of 87 km/hr but on that day I was very concious (because there is already challan issued against me at same place) while driving my car, speed don't go above 75 but again challan issued.
