On dated 09/03/2024 I visited Crawford market with my family members, to drop my family members in parked my vehicle in front of Roopam stores for drop off as there were few other vehicle parked at the same place .
Mean while a traffic police came and fined me under Sec 122/177 MVA while I was seating in the car and was displacing my car to the valid parking location.

TNCCM[protected] You have posted this date, 13/02/2024 time 7:39 PM this is wrong challan, I did not even ask your police officer and they took out the photo of my bike and issued a challan. I was at home at that time. I don't know how long did this happen but I feel like he has issued a wrong challan. sir please i request you refund this challan....

There has been a wrongly challan issued of amount rs.2000 in the name of car owner Suresh Patil who was not driving the car at the time when challan was issued. Car owner does not drive the car. It is clearly visible in the challan photo also that the car owner was not driving the car. He was sitting besides the hired driver who drove the car throughout the journey.

Yesterday my car (MH19AE2969) was parked at the market in Dhule city. The vehicle was parked as such there was interruption with the ongoing traffic and neither there was no NO PARKING ZONE. I am parking my two wheeler vehicle in parking area near Swami Samarth Marg Dadar West flor last two years. Yesterday dated 10.03.2022 without intimating fine of Rs 1500.00 was charged u/s 122/177 MVA.

1) All my neighbors are parking the vehicle on the same road and they have not received any fine.

With reference to challan no.PNCCC[protected], one of the reasons mentioned is "without helmet ", which is incorrect because as seen in the evidence photo, i have won the helmet. I would request you to kindly remove the fine charged on account of "wrong helmet ".

Incase my understanding is wrong, kindly clarify as to why I have been charged on account of "wrong helmet "....

It is other vehicle and due to lockdown for Covid 19 I am working from Home since last few months.

On 12 th March at 2:58 pm a challan issued at SP Highway to mumbai Lane A for over speed of 87 km/hr but on that day I was very concious (because there is already challan issued against me at same place) while driving my car, speed don't go above 75 but again challan issued. It seems to me there is some technical issues in camera or challan issued knowingly to snatch our hard earn money my Traffic police. It happens 5 time with me. I had deposited the fine money twice, than I realised my car speed is not above 70-75 km/hr than why Challan is issued. I had registered grievances every time but traffic police denied everytime without any reasons. I want video footage for this time incident because I am full confident that my car speed is in limit. So it's request to you please arrange to remove the challan or share me the procedure for revoke the issues challans.
