Dear Sir.
I am leaving in shahad (E).
Fare from shahad station to mharal gaon was 10 rupees per person before covid.after covid rates was increased for 20 rupees for per person.and only two seats was allowed in auto.
But now covid time is over but still auto driver charging 20 rupees per person and take four seat in auto.
If passengers asking about less fare.auto drivers say if you have problem then don't seat in auto.
And this is happening from last 6 month.

Sir 20 rupees is not fair charges.

Please do something for this.

I have wrongly parked my two wheeler ( 28/03/2022 at 4:30 PM )in no parking zone but when police toeing vehicle arrived they had asked me to pay fine of 1600rs for no parking as fine for no parking is only 200 rs. Later on people's on toeing vehicle ( MH03 CD 1222 ) had punched hard on my stomach and started beaten me when I asked to talk with them. It was such a shameful behavior from Maharashtra Traffic Police. And police officer from that toeing vehicle taken side of there people's only. I tried to taken video of them then they snatched my mobile and deleted everything. I had only one picture left of vehicle parked in front of Phoenix market city place.

Please find attached copy of Vehicle registration which was done in Nov 2017 from RTO office which was given NOC and cleared Further in 2018 i have reached RTO office have never brought to my notice to challenge same

I had paid twice echallan which was paid timely but i have never come across any pending challan for last 6 years Please suggest as this is pending since long

MH12NU7263 is registered as a Ford endeavour, but on the challan it shows a two wheeler moped with a different serial number.

Myself MIHIR DINESH SERASHIA, My vehicle number is MH12RL0236.On the date 17/03/2022 i have chrged 500 rs for not having the valid license by Mr.Kamble, opposite Swargate Police Station, Pune. He refused me to make payment online, so i went to the ATM near by but i had an issue there so i went to second one and due to some technical errors i got late. I went to find him but he was not there and i spend almost 2 and half hours in such warm atmosphere but still he was not came and than after this much time he came and i asked him to make my payment clear and he just abused me with a very bad word just because i got late due to ATM issues. And than he called someone and egoistically told him that make this man's challan for 5, 000 instead of 500. This is very wrong impression of Maharashtra traffic police.I have one vitness also for this case who were the lady traffic police. She helped out when i told her everything and then she had taken the photographs of my vehicle and posted on her whats app group in which all traffic officers are added. I also have screenshot proof of challan where firstly is was 500 and than he updated the same challan for 5, 000 just because i told him the truth that i got late because of atm error for the payment of challan.So please help me out as soon as possible.

I have received challan of some other scooter on my registered mobile number. I have fined 1000 rs. I have also applied for a grievance but no reply from them. Its been 10 days since the grievance. The grievance number is MUMGR[protected]! The challan number is MUMCM[protected]

Namste! respected sir my bike number is MH09AT2399 I am going for my work from tembali naka with my friend then traffic police stop my bike for checking then I have the necessary vehicle documents and my driving license, then they sir has deducted my challan that there were more than 2 people seats on the bike, but we are on the bike only two peoples me and my friend because of that they deducted my challan then asked for evidence that what proof do you have that we three people were sitting on the bike them Not even valid through but they have deducted my needless challan if they have any proof then show me I will fill this fine. I request you please cancel my fine because they are lying.

I have been fined by Maharashtra traffic police for not wearing helmet while driving a bike. When I see the details of challan, I found vehicle is different and could be typo issue.

Vehicle is different in attached image in challan. MH12FT3324, Suzuki access. Image date 14/08/2021, 10.13AM.

However, my vehicle is MH12TF3324, Honda Activa 6G. And I was not in Pune during August 2021.

I see typo in vehicle number while registering complaint, It supposed to be MH12FT not MH12TF.

My husband Mr. Nitin Tare received wrong challan No. HSPCC2100502, dated 20 Dce, 2021. In that challana evidence shown as red colour vehicle with No. MH04FZ953. But we have brown colour Maruti Waganor
with No. MH04FZ2953. On 20 Dce, 2021 my husband vehicle not passed through the location shown in challan i.e. pimpalgaon highway. So please cancel that challan and inform my husband My Nitin Tare, Mob no is [protected].

This is regarding, Maharashtra Police Vehicle Challan no. MTPCHM[protected] on vehicle MH43AV6643. I don't recognize this event nor knows the person Sadam Husan as per your record in challan. The challan doesn't have evidence too. Apart from this, the time mentioned in the notice received from Secretary Judicial official and e-challan are different. Looks like it's mistaken entry. I stay in Kopar Khairane and a house wife. Don't travel such distance where incident got recorded.

Requesting you to pls reverse this challan and free up charge against my vehicle.

This is regarding, Maharashtra Police Vehicle Challan no. MTPCHM[protected].
As per the earlier message, I said you about the unknown person whose name 'Sadam Husan.'
I paid the amount of the person who didn't had helmet because if I won't I would go to the court but I was not available in my house.
So, just a kind request to catch the Sadam Husan person and to give back my money of 500 rs.

My vehicle having no. RJ43CA1574 was in rajasthan, it was never been in maharashtra since 1st lockdown, but on 8 march 2022 i got messege from sama odr that i have got a challan from maharashtra traffic police, of what i dont know. I think there has been some mistake by traffic personnel pls check.

This is with regards to challan-PNCCC3603064 where penalty was levied two times of Rs 500 in a day for not wearing helmet. Please refund Rs 500 asap.

My name is Suraj Khairaokar, I was fined for taking a Left on a Service Road from Pune-Bangalore Highway. I have not done anything wrong. There was no sign board for No Entry/One Way. That means its an false allegation so I am not going to pay fine. I have confirmed the next day with the same Police who fined my challan and he said that nothing can't be done now to cancel the Challan. This is totally wrong to collect fine on that place as there is no sign board. The location is near Wakad, when you get on the bridge and take left at the bridge end.

Hello, I am wrongly fined. I cannot see my vehicle in the image for which I am being charged in kandivali on 6th of march 2021.

I got a SMS notification regarding a the above challan worth Rs 400 for my old car that I had sold on 2nd March 2021 to the dealer CARS24. I have documentary proof of the sale and also when I check on the parivahan website with my car's registration number, I can see that the registered owner is now someone else. I am not sure why the SMS notifications are being sent to me. Kindly look into this and amend your records with the new owner's mobile number. Attached is the sale agreement from CARS24 for your referrence.

Wrong challan entry on my two wheeler MH12 passing
Challan number - RAICO19PYFBBGI30
Evidence image is of Hyundai creta - four wheeler
at Raigad location as i have not taken my two wheeler out of pune city
Looks like Creta owner misuse the number
I have raised 3 times complaint on e-challan grievances but not resolved it.
