I have parked my vehicle below my society I have proof of address hence forth they took my vehicle and said it was complaint that people park vehicle anywhere
Is it necessary to put society sticker on vehicle I have 3 vehicle and 2 flat which which society sticker should I put on my vehicle

While I was riding my bike I came across a chowk, signal was showing orange light. According to me we can cross that signal carefully if there is no traffic and I did that. But traffic police was not letting me go. He said you jumped a signal and fined me ₹500. How can I cancel that fine?

I have got the incorrect Challan for driving without licence. My vechile number is MH 14 FN 3958 KTM Duke 200. In the evidence, there is an image of vechile with number MH 12 FN 3958 Honda Activa.
I am not an owner of Vechile in the evidence image. There is an incorrect Challan assignment PMCCM[protected] has been done on my name. Request you to look into it.

Challan No.: RAICM[protected] is incorrectly allotted to MH06BU0531 instead of MH06BU0536 which is clearly seen in the picture. Grievance already submitted with No. RAIGR[protected] in Nov'21.

This is regarding the pre-litigation order issued for vehicle MH02dz6322 - notice No. 1105019 / MHMU / 12032022. This is to inform you that I am not liable to pay this challan because of the following reasons.

1) These offences are not committed by me but it is committed by the previous owner MR Nasir Ahmed Mansuri. I purchased this vehicle in May 2018. Refer the RC details for your reference.

Dear Sir,
Yesterday i was on ny way to Thane with my family when at Golibar Road at a signal, i crossed it when it just turned yellow. The traffic police caught me, and i told him that it was yellow. He showed me pictures of the evidence where my car is not clearly visible, the signal that i was crossing is not visible. He asked for my license and PUC, i gave my license and asked him to check the PUC online on his device since i couldn’t find the hard copy of the same. The Traffic police then started shouting on me so i used m-parivahan app to find my PUC. This incident happened on the 27th of Feb and unfortunately my PUC had expired on the 26th Feb which i wasn’t aware of. he immediately removed his official device and clicked pictures of the car number plate which i was okay with. Then he immediately clicked a picture of me, so as to have an evidence myself of this traffic police officer i clicked a picture of him as well. Then he started shouting that how can you click a picture of a government official, so then i also asked him where is it written that in a signal jumping episode you have to click the picture of the driver as an evidence. He was unable to show me. He showed me that they need 3 evidence but nowhere was it written that they need a picture of me. They asked me to delete his picture from my phone which I immediately did, though i still dont think it is illegal to click the picture of an official who is doing things he shouldn’t do. This did not go down well with his ego. He started harassing me to the point where my wife and her sister started crying to let us go. I was ready to pay the fine online on his device but then he came to my window and started scratching it to see if we have put a film on it. Anyone with experience who sees my car will know that there are no film on it. I told him the same and he showed me a corner that they have made for themselves where other films are hanging. I was like they are all sun protection black films which is illegal. Then they show me completely transparent films. I have no idea as to why is putting a completely transparent film is illegal, i thought the glass should have 70-80% visibility. This just means that they have harassed other people also on the same spot. I asked him how much is the fine and i am ready to pay, he removes and hands me over a challan where he will confiscate my licence and i have to go the to police station and pay the fine within 15 days followed by showing up at the court and that after all this also my licence would be with the police for 3 months. I told him these were all old rules and that i know that i can pay a fine right here. To further harass me he kept my licence inside his pocket with his button closed and told me that he will give me the license only if i tell him sorry. On another note by this time i had noticed that the other officials had caught around 10 cars within a span of 15 minutes for jumping signals! Sir by all means this is not possible that everyone is jumping that signal within such a less time span. There was some tampering or something done either with the signal or something else which i have no clue about. Anyway, i did not apologise to him and after 5 min another official came to me and asked me are you ready to pay the fine. I said yes i am ready since a long time but this officer wants me to tell him sorry to give my license back. This officer then somehow convinced him to let me pay the fine and leave.
The name of the officer who was harassing us was Kishore Dodkade and he had around 5 more officials with him. My Challan number is TNCCM[protected].
Evidence 1 - The photo is not clear in the evidence. Cant see number plate or which car it is. The red signal is showing of the opposite side. I am sure they must have tampered the signals that when it is yellow over here it turns red on the other side or something like that.
Evidence 3 - they clicked a photo of me which i really dont think is needed in an evidence.
I am sure for people who are scared they must either be paying the fine or be bribing them(most probably the latter) otherwise so many officials wont stand at one point and catch so many cars within a time span of 15mins!

Sir, in this email i am only trying to share my Experience with the traffic police officials. I am not asking for a refund. I am just trying to bring this incident to your notice and asking you to please check and verify that spot because i still believe i had crossed the signal when the signal just turned yellow. Any action taken or not taken towards the officials doesn’t matter to me because i already know nothing is going to change. I just wish this incident didn’t happen and the officials over there were not fooling people and if anything, were there to help people which they clearly were not and that he didn’t have to put his ego in front of his work and do all this to harass me and my family.
With this email i am sending you picture of my PUC which clearly shows that it had expired just the last night. And also the pictures of his evidence which are not clear.

Also it was my Sister-in-law’s birthday that day, a birthday she will always remember.

While I driving my car with all safety, there is not any passenger in my car that time, traffic police order to Stop car, I stopped the car on the side of road, and shown all documents related to car, all was cleared, even though police issued challan, I requested them but they demanded money, I refused to pay, then they fined me challan

I have an echallan issued against me for overspeeding on expressway. I wish to register a complaint against the same. Please the details as below -

Actual speed registered in challan - 107 KMPH

My complaint -

1. The issue was caused on 17th January 2022 and the first communication to me was done through sms on 25th Feb. 2022 at 11:00 PM, when already a month has passed.

2. The 2 images have been captured within 0.35 seconds and the speed has been recorded in that time. The recorded speed is 107 kmph, which not even 10% more of the allowed limit. At such short time, we should be spared for atleast 10% of the speed. At certain instances, this may happen. Request you to please check and verify this.

3. As per my knowledge (from news and newspapers) overspeeding fine for LMV is Rs.1000/-. I have been issued a challan of Rs.2000/-. May I please know why?

4. This is my first and hope to keep this the last instance of breaking the traffic rules, that too unknowingly. This too was done due to some personal emergency, which I won't like to explain here.

Considering all these factors, I'd request (rather than complaint) the traffic team to re-consider the issued challan and provide some relief to me.

If there is no other way out, I'm ready to fine, but atleast reduce the amount as mentioned above in point 3.

Again this is a request rather than a complaint and hope the team considers it and provides some relief to me.

My bike was parked at companies premise, where I work. Police made e-challan against my bike and fined 500 rs. below is the challan wordings.

"Section 122/177 MVA-
Causing danger/ Obstructions/ Undue inconvenience to other users of public place or to the passengers by allowing the vehicle to be abandoned or to remain at rest on any public place."

This place is far away from road passing sideby (Approx. 10-11 meter) and doesn't cause any obstruction / inconvinience. There are other companies near to our company, whose employee bikes are parked very near to road (approx. 1-2 meter).

Also see photos attached of area between our company gate and road. Area outside is owned by our company. Please do the needful earliest as I have got notice to be present in court on 12 March 2022.

I have received message about violation, after opening challan SATCC[protected] it is observed that vehicle number is same as mine but vehicle was Suzuki white colour vehicle using number MH14JE5254, it seems that that person has used my number and roaming. My Vehicle registered under MH14JE5254 is Tata Altroz Red colour, I have raised grevience in Maha traffic app immediately against this wrong challan but so far not resolved. Today again received reminder about case on 12 Mar. How challan is be charged without verifying registration of vehicle and its number

We have been residing in the area since 50 years, and have been parking on the roads with ease and now we are getting challans of rs.1500 every alternate day because the officer thinks thinks its a no parking zone. However, there isnt any NO parking board or zone but on questioning the officer - Aslam Khan, he misbehaved and now is targeting our cars anywhere it is parked by issuing an echallan! He states that they are the cops and have the authority to fine whoever they want! Please help!
