I have received the E chalan for jumping signal at Camp pune, while going to office on 19/01/2022, as usual I was going to my office and traffic signal was green I was crossing the signal with vehicle and in bet of it signal turned red and traffic police cought me for jumping signal I have requested him so many times and convince him but he sent me the e chalan on my mobile after asking the same from me.Sir just want to request you to kindly consider my request and cancell my above e chalan which was wrongly done.I have also raised the Issue to the grievance portal of the Maharashtra traffic with unique I'd no no PNCGR [protected].Sir I am a responsible citizen and never jumped any signal and even when there is no body on the signal if it red I used to stop my vehicle.kindly cancell my e chalan and boost my confidence and respect I have towards Maharashtra traffic police.

    The vehicle was parked properly in the parking area still I was fined wrongly for "No Parking" after checking the app.
    Moreover images uploaded just shows the number plate of the vehicle and nothing else. This should be verified at the earlier stage and then a challan should be issued.
    Challan Number - MUMCM[protected]
    Date - 1st December
    Time - 16:34

    Request Mumbai Traffic police to clear the challan as per above reasons.

      I Praful Mange age 35 years was standing on a signal at Zero miles square Nagpur on 02/02/2022 (10:45 AM).A fast running vehicle EON (MH34AM1752) comes & hit me and my vehicle (Shine MH40BH8433) from behind. after a long argument with driver & other person sitting inside the car they denied for any claim & compensation which I had suffered in the said accident. They also misbehaved with me .I also had some injuries in my back along with vehicle loss.

        My Vehicle get challan even it is my home parking. It was shocking that my car is in front of me whole day and it is get charged in santacruz location for violation of signal.
        How can this be possible?
        I am from Narayangaon, Pune, 410504.My car is not at all in the place where challan created.
        Even when i put it for grievance they rejected it. What is this going on?

              Dear RTO team,

              I was charged with invalid fine for over speed limit on Mumbai pune expressway for my Car MH02CV3209.

              i was driving about 80kmph speed and as i i know speed limit on mumbai pune expressway is 100kmph..so how did i cross my speed limit.
              And speed cross fine is Rs.1000 than why im charged with Rs.2000..

              Please help me resolve my issue.
              I was in controlled speed as per guidelines with 100kmph and fine is also not valid for Rs.2000 for crossing speed limit.
              Actual fine is Rs.1000.
              I should not be charged with this fine.

                  My bike number is MH02ED6116 and model is KTM Duke 390 2016. This challan is issued for some another bike Model (Not even KTM) which has number as MH02EB6116.

                    Wrongly fined for not jumping the signal at MAHIM JUNCTION

                    Dear Sir my name is Anand S I was coming from BKC to Worli at 8.10 PM today dated 28th Jan'2022. I was forcefully fined saying as you Jumped Signal at MAHIM JUNCTION by taking left side towards mori road. But honestly left signal was ON towards MORI ROAD and also signal was green towards shivaji park. There were 6 traffic police along with their head. When they stopped me and forcefully fined for not jumping the signal and they took my image...

                      We have given wrong e challan PMCCM[protected] dated 25/01/2022
                      I just want to clarify that while sending this challan there is no evidence of signal violation on images provided. traffic police on duty forcefully clicked photos of number plate and sent the fine of Rs 1500.there is no any proof of this fine is seen from the images. We have not done any violation of traffic rules so requesting to cancel the above mentioned e challan.

                            This is with respect to Challan no. PMCCM[protected], As per it I have violated 2 rules
                            1. Police manual signal violation
                            2. Triple Seat on Motor Cycle
                            Date of incident: 24-May-2019 12:51

                            As per the challan, the location is near dehu road. I have never visited dehu road using my vehicle. Also, I have never used my vehicle with a Triple seat.

                            I can't find any evidence being attached in support of this challan. I have never received any SMS or other form of notification. I just noticed it by pro actively checking on site. So this is totally unethical fine being imposed on me.

                              AS per the image I'm fines for exceeding the set limit of 70km/hr. To what i found there is not a single board displayed stating same, What I can seen and believe is of 30km/hr, 80km/hr and 100km/hr on Pune- Mumbai Express highway.

                                    There was no one way and also see the four wheeler was also there in uploaded picture and traffic police put the remark as there is one way. How you conclude that there is one way... When the picture showing four wheeler and other vehicles?
                                    I paid the fine. Please check and confirm for the same.

                                      We have been charged wrong challan for other vehicle which is not ours . Challan no. HSPCC[protected] .
                                      We have Wagon R LXI CNG model car whose chasis number is MA3EWDE1S00B44149 but car in image in challan is some other model car with Police board on it.
