E-Challan No. NGPCM[protected] was issued to me on Dt:13.01.2022 or jumping signal & unable to produce license. I was going from RBI square (Nagpur) to Sitabuldi (Nagpur) through Zero Mile Sq (Nagpur). The signal on zero mile square is completely hidden with tree branches due to which commuters are unable to see it. The signal is so badly covered with tree branches that commuters cannot even find it.

Traffic police rather than clearing those branches, is issuing false challans to commuters. Also, I am a responsible senior citizen who always carry a valid license with me & produce it everytime on demand.

So, I am completely unsatisfied & have objection with E-challan issued to me.

Dear sir /mam,
I am yogesh R. Ambatkar resident of plot no 624 a, Hansapuri, motgharepura, CA road Nagpur 440018. Traffic police stopped me for not wearing helmet and and asked me to show licence. I told them i dont have license with me right now but i have the photocopy of my license. Police started harrasing me right from that moment. Police told me that they will deposite/Accumlate (Jama karna) my vehical to police station.i told them i have all the documents but they took my vehical keys and kept it aside by road. I ask them to give me keys to oken deekey and show them documents but they didn't gave me. i took photo of the officer who was ASI Mr. Ghanshyam Tidke of ganeshpeth police station who was not being cooperative then he started beating me and abusing me and kept my mobile also with himself. I asked him to give me my mobile back but he didnt and then started thretning me that he will put me inside jail and he was saying " bohot dekhe hai tere jaise sale andar kar dunga life sada dunga hum police hai humse mat khuja humara power alag hai" i told him that dont talk to me like that im well educated person and i know my powers also.
Then he started challaning me ofr helmet, liscence, papers(rc), huzzatbaji.

This is nothing but harassing people and this have to stop. He did not were his full duty dress also. I request strict action against him and return my challan amount which he took from me forcefully.

I have went near shirdi temple cop said to stop the car and ask for the papers and I was driving my friends car cop said Mee that it is illegal to drive another person's car and said to pay fine for 1200 and when I refuse to pay fine he clicked picture of my car number and said u will get a onliine fine chalan number is

I had parked my bike in no-parking area in kothrud near karishma society as traffic police came there and they was talking rudely with me and they charged me towing charges also as my bike was not towed I went to S.R.A Erandwane Paud phatah kothrud they they was shouting at me

Challan #PMCCM[protected].

This challan has been added wrongly, I wanted to challenge and below are my points,

1. There is no sign board in place which shows "No Parking" there.
2. You can see in the picture, its a local market and there is no designated place for parking vehicle. People are parking their 2 wheelers with no rule.
3. Since its a local area, there are lots of hand cart\Roadside vendors are there which causing vehicle parking issue. There is no rule to such roadside vendor\sellers.
4. Auto-rickshaw also standing there without any reason, no one charging find to them.

Kindly look into above points and cancel above mentioned challan.

My vehicle Eischer with registration number MH 15 FV 7187 was issued with wrong e-challan of Rs 200/- by traffic police with E Challan number HSPCM[protected].
In photo provided in E Challan, we can clearly see driver driving correctly without any lane change mistake.

Today my vehicle Eischer with registration number MH 15 FV 7187 was issued with wrong e-challan of Rs 500/- by traffic police with E Challan number NKRCM[protected]. My driver had valid license, valid PUC and all documents. Driver was only asked to produce License and asked to go. Later we received sms for this e-challan mentioned PUC. We have valid PUC which also can be viewed online by traffic policy, still such fine was issued.

Was going to wakad via vehicle MH12NJ7485 via BRT lane. Was stopped by lady officer and said vehicle not allowed in BRT lanes. As per latest news all vehicle are now allowed via BRT lanes. https://www.hindustantimes.com/pune-news/all-vehicles-now-welcome-on-brts-lanes-...⇄

So challen PMCCM[protected] filed is wrong stated "No Entry in One Way".

Please check judge with cctv footage and remove decline this invalid echallan

This is Ganesh from Flipkart I was riding MH02CY1555 bike towards Prabhadevi.
I was perfectly following with signal sign crossed the road lane signal to right way towards mahim police traffic right one way route
One car came from my behind left side gone ahead and the car got slow and made me stuck behind then I took left and gone ahead then the traffic police hold me I explain that it is the car driver fault chased me I slow down for safety I have not cross or jump the signal was already crossed before it get off for othe r signal he not responded told me to go I thought he judged and leaved me.
But later my office staff told me that one more fine is been included showing in the echallan list as I am already trying h to paid with the pending one and unfortunately got this fake unwanted extra challan.
I request you please check with the signal cctv footage camera and help me to get this faulty echallan wrongly charge remove from the list
Please help and judge and hope mumbai police do help n support and take genuine decision with proper valid reason to charge on mumbai people

Request you remove this invalid challan Or else please share and suggest on next steps to take and action against mumbai police department for wrongly charging and doing giving such a pain to people who are already frustrated due to on going covid situation
I always help and support mumbai police as I am a part of my previous joining in civil defense appointed as mumbai nagarik savrakshan in 1993 batch this is just to make you aware have respect for mumbai as being born in mumbai since childhood I am aware from the day riding bike aware about the signal in our area city haven't jumped any single signal whole life spended in dadar
I observed this traffic police unnecessarily put down the challan request you this person need proper training or guidance
Please check with the footage of found invalid I am ready to pay for the same as kindly note Rs 500/- at present my one day salary so every time I am aware to follow traffic rules please help ans support here as need your intervention please do Judge

Kindly note the photos were taken and submitted from my back when I was already ahead I will request to take ab action on the person taken and done this wrong entry

Please provide and guide me how to do complain for this traffic police👮

If this issue is not solved I have to expose it's through on all social media and gov.in Sites
As I do job against illegal authorities helping Indians 🇮🇳

When I crossed the signal, it was green at that time, & I was already in the middle of the road. But traffic police said that u have crossed the signals. When I told him then he argued with me and said give me 500 rs cash. I have denied the cash and told him to show me the evidence if I have crossed the signals. I have also raised Grievance on system but still not received any reply. ticket number is PNCGR[protected].

Today i.e, 12/01/2022, i was stopped for not wearing helmet and i showed my license and paid the fine immediately without a question because it was my fault. But the reason of complaint is the way the the officers speak and their geatures towards citizen.
Today when i was stopped by one of the traffic inspector, i immediately responded i am stopping and was parking on the side but the other person just manhandled my bike forcefully tapped on the front of my vehicle and took off the keys, i could have fallen or my vehicle cud have damaged.
Paying the charges does not effect but the way things were done does affect ones mind and it hurts badly to atleast good citizens..his name is nitin vartho, i'll attach pic as well.
Just one request, not expecting any action on him or any but just guide them the basic manners of talking and how a public servant should be

Challan No. MUMCM[protected]

Mumbai Traffic Police is intentionally trying to collect fines from commercial vehicles especially transit mixers by charging them fake fines of Rs. 1500 of no entry in one way and I have proof with GPS on the location of the vehicle at the time of such fines imposed and can prove it that it is only a way to harass the operators and extort money.

On 23rd Dec 2021, Challan No.PMCCM[protected] for Rs.500/- was raised for my Mahindra XUV500 Car Reg. No. MH14 HD 0438 for no entry. Whereas the image attached to this challan as evidence is of a HCV / Truck / Lorry having Registration No. MH12 HD0438. When I raised a dispute, it was declined stating that no distraction in offence. They did not bother to check the registration numbers of the vehicles in the evidence image and the vehicle on which the challan is raised.

I had parked my car MH05EQ4010 on 7th January, 2022 at Baburao Parulekar Road Cross Bhawani Shankar Road in Dadar West. I had checked thoroughly there was a Black Board and No Parking was NOT MENTIONED, hence I had parked my car. My car was towed and when I enquired from the local people standing there, they told it has been towed and further enquiring I came to know Towing People after towing my car wrote NO Parking on the Black board with Chalk. This is a total fraud and in this way Towing people are looting us with a big fine of 972/- (500 for No Parking, 400 for Towing Charges and 72 for GST). I paid the fine on 7th January, 2022 and rescued my vehicle. I want strict action to be taken against them so that no other person suffers like this.
Also i would like to get my amount refund.
My car was taken to Elphinstone Junction, Opp India Bulls Finance Centre, S.Bapat Road, Dadar (W).

The traffic cop asked for my driving license and I showed him my driving license on mparivahan app from my mobile phone. Today I have received an E-challan no: MUMCM[protected]/ Fine Rs.500/- for the parking offence. I was the first owner of the vehicle no: MH47AN7861 and it was sold by me to Cars 24 on 9th Nov 2020. The said vehicle’s present owner is Mr. Vinodkumar Jani (found from RTO App). He has not updated his name and mobile number, so I am not responsible for the said offence and fine. Request please do the needful and cancel challan from my name and mobile number.
