Respected sir I am Bachute Tejas from Pandharpur, Dist-Solapur
I get a wrong challan for driving a bike without license as per that challan was applied in January 2020 but i have licence from last 7years and when i was got that challan i checked that image or photo which captured by officer which is different from my bike but number of that bike is same as my one. So I never drive a bike without license please check that sir and cancel that challan. At last i wrote challan number with photo and check the photos my bike name is Honda Hornet and the image on challan that bike is Yamaha Fz so please check regarding this and make it possible.

I have received multipal massages from vm-mhpech. And charges four number of fines of Rs.200/- . But it is informed that it is not our vehicle.
I saw vehicle photo in evidence image (MH09ER1278), but it is not our vehicle. I am not a owner of this vehicle.

Today i got wrong Echallan from maharashtra traffic poolice . In that image my whicle is not available. I have Activa but in that image everyone see a Bike. Also that time I am available in my home. Please see this matter.

Dear sir,

With reference to vehicle challan number SLRCC[protected] and vehicle number MH13DE1581. Traffic police officer registered a wrong challan again my vehicle.

The reason mention was - without helmet. But my vehicle is a agriculture tractor. And why helmet is required for the same.

When I checked evidence photographs I found that officer entered a wrong vehicle number and register a without helmet challan against tractor.

The actual vehicle number was MH13DR1581
So please remove challan against my vehicle and add it to concern person.

I got received e-challan for the date of 11 March 2020 for without Helmet, but the image attached is not my vehicle.

I have travelled on dt.09.01.2021 time 17:56 at Bhiwandi mankoli naka on that day i was wrongly charged penalty by traffic police against challan number TNCCM[protected] WITHOUT HELMET but i was wearied helmet and the same thing in saw in attached photo. Now i have received notice from police to clear penalty charges other wise he will take the same in Lok Adalat.
Please sir see the attached image and understand my concern and do the need full.

I got a message (on Feb19) from Maharashtra Traffic Police saying that I have to pay a fine of 200Rs (eChallan No: PMCCM[protected]) for Vehicle No: MH14FL6930, chassis: 6352. I opened the payment link and I found that there was one more echallan on 28/10/18 (eChallan No: PTPCHM[protected] against my vehicle and driver name is Borkar which is not me.
But, I took an NOC from Maharashtra almost 4 years ago (in 2017) to transfer my vehicle from Maharashtra to Karnataka. I am not staying in Maharashtra since 4 years.
Yet, I got fines for my vehicle. How is this even possible. For both of these echallans, I was not given even photo

At the signal of St. Micheal's church, Mahim, the taffic police kept calling the vehicles before zebra crossing & begun fining them all the moment the signal turned red.
Unfortunately, the advancement of technology has led to a disadvantage to public. The electronic gadgets used by the traffic cops has been extremely misused; it's almost like a child (traffic cops) got a new toy (fining electronic gadget) to play with.

If the traffic signals are working, why should cops be stationed like pack of wolves at signals and confuse the vehicle drivers and bike riders? Better it is, when the signals are working, cops are not there to falsely fine people when they signal the vehicle drivers and bike riders.

Please take quick & strict action against this misuse of technology given to the cops.

Challan number - SATCM[protected]

This is wrong challan on my vehicle, the image shown in challan is for some other vehicle. My car is Gray coloured celerio and some other car is shown in the image also number is not at all visible .

I have attached image please check

My car was travelling via a location two times within few days. Both times I received a different challan with exactly same speed of 76km/hr where the limit is 74 km/hr.
I have following points to support my complaint:
* How can a vehicle travel at exactly same speed at same location on different days?
* I was pretty consious the second time and was very sure that the speed of my vehicle was less than 60km/hr at that location. Still the mahatrafficechallan website states that I was travelling at 76km/hr

I raised the complaint via mahatrafficechallan portal but there is no resolution on the same yet.

प्रथम नोटीस दिनांक 23/11/2021 ला मोबाईल नंबर [protected] मेसेज प्रमाणे भेटले .

चलान नं. AHDCM[protected] दिनांक 19/1/2021 व 26 /11/21 प्रमाणे जो वाहन नंबर इमेज मधे दिसतआहे तो MH16BX8035 असा स्पष्टपणे दिसत आहे . माझा वाहन नंबर MH16BX8085 असा आहे . तरीही माझे चलान रद्द करावी ही विनंती .

वरील नोटीसच्या चलान नं. AHDCM[protected] दिनांक 19/1/2021 च्या संदर्भ विषयी दिनांक 25/11/21 ला ऑनलाई तक्रार दाखल केली. संदर्भ क्रं AHDGR[protected] हा आहे . तरीही या विषयी कसलीही चौकशी, शोध तपास न करता ती रद्द करून पुन्हा चलान नंबर AHDCM[protected] दिनांक 26/11/2021 ला 1700 रूपये अधिक करून मेसेज आला, हा सर्व चुकीचा पत्राचार व चलान योग्य वाहनधारकास पाठवावे . 26/11/2021 च्या चलान संदर्भ विषयी दिनांक 26/11/21 ला ऑनलाई तक्रार दाखल केली आहे .

तरीही वाहन नंबर व फोटो पहावा नंतरच या पुढची कार्यवाही करावी मला विनाकारण तुमच्या विभागीय चुकामुळे त्रास होत आहे . तरीही भविष्यात चुकीच्या पत्राचारास संबधीत विभागीय कर्मचारी व अधिकारी जबाबदार राहातील .

I have been charged for overspeeding in Nov 28, 2020. But the car was parked at my parking. The evidence shown in the e challan is wrong and the machine detected wrong vehicle number. Instead of MH12NU9157 it reported the challan for MH12NU9152, which is wrong.
The evidence clearly says that the vehicle which was overspeeding was of Skoda and my car is Marutu Suzuki Swift. If you check in your system it will be clear. Please remove the challan from my vehicle and direct it to right car.

Today I had got one legal notice from Mumbai Suburban District legal service Authority, Mumbai .I had verify the same through RTO site, Then I come to know that the penalty pertain to one goods carrier vehicle No-MH-43-BP-0270.My vehicle no is MH 43 BT 0270.The notice is wrongly serve to me.So kindly requested to my good office to serve the notice to appropriate vehicle.
