Am Maruti Patil It's My Request To Check Challan Details. My Vehicle No. MH 09 DV8090 Its a motorcycle ( Honda Unicorn 160cb ) & Somehow I got Wrong Challan for Sec 184C MVA(2-3 wheeler). In the challan i can see in evidence an Honda Shine motorcycle has number not clearly shown but with a number of MH 09 DV8090 this number is register in MH RTO with honda unicorn 160cb, this is not my motorcycle. It's my request Please Cancel this Challan from my Vehicles Data Base. I also attached E- Challan PDF.

The car owner is a senior citizen and was not driving the car. The footages can be checked and verified. Also, the speed limit was just a step ahead.
Request you to kindly waive off the penalty considering a genuine case.

I got a e challan ticket for parking my vehicle dangerously as I don't understand what was my mistake in parking near to a wall.
I just parked my two wheeler near to a hotel to visit my friends without disturbing any other vehicle or road and there wasn't any announcement made before towing my two wheeler under section 122/177.
As there wasn't any no parking sign board as well.

Hi Team, Today on 11th May 2023 at 12:44 PM IST I was incorrectly fined by Traffic police for incorrectly parking my vehicle, No parking board states that I can not park the car 50 meters from the board only one direction. Board does not have 2 way sign. My car was parked off the road and well behind the specified sign board. I requested officer same he acknowledged that board should have 2 way sign, he said we will fix the board but is not willing to cancel the no parking ticket. Please see my photo of car parked and you can see clearly "No Parking board with one arrow". Request you to cancel the challan. My car is chocolate color Wagon R # MP14EP8983 parked behind white car in the attached photo.

I was charged Rs.500, for not wearing helmet. From several months i have been driving without helmet, why suddenly today 6th may 2023, i was charged? I was asked to pay 500, i want to know, how suddenly that traffic officer Megha Dixit got alert and fined me.

His rash & carelessness driving can lead to the major accident.

I parked my vehicle just side of the white line of speed breaker though they lift up my scooter from Modern College Pune, Shivajinagar.During towing they damaged my Bajaj Chetak's handle & rear disc brake.Company told it will cost 6, 500Rs. So I am going to file a complaint against this.
Also the challan receipt is of 500rs and they taken 800 rupees from me.
Please look into this ASAP.

Speed Camera on highway has incorrectly detected variable speed as 93 Km/hr on date 31st March 2023. I was driving my Car at speed of 80 Km/hr. I have raised grievance against this challan No. PMCCC[protected]. Grievance number is PMCGR[protected] dated 2nd Apr 2023. It was highly impossible that my car was at 93 Km/hr. Hence I have asked for Calibration certificate and the last date this speed camera is calibrated. I have not seen any response to this grievance yet. Please look into this.

My Activa was towed nearby Bank of India, Malad East. There is no official parking area/zone paid or unpaid at that area. Above that there are many two wheelers parked there but towing people tow randomly and ask for bribe else you have to go to the Aarey Towing area and pay fine and towing charges. Also I went to a nearby shop to ask for a medical shop nearby for my sick mother, but he towed the vehicle where nowhere NO PArking was mentioned and asked me for bribe. When I refused to bribe, he asked me to go to Aarey Towing area to collect my vehicle by paying fine for parking in NO PARKING and also for towing.

Hello sir, my name is Mukesh Shivaji Adsule, Bajrang Nagar, Kupwad, I was going to work on Kupwad Balaji Nagar road as per my usual routine, when the train number MH 10DV 7900 was coming from Lakshmi temple to Kupwad at a high speed just ahead of Bharat Petrol Pump. It's Overtook and passed my car so close that I was only six inches away and narrowly avoided going into the gutter even if that car passed me at such a high speed, a request to take appropriate action against the driver of that car.

माननीय महोदय/महोदया मेरा नाम पिंटू पाल है और मैं संतोष भुवान नल्लासोपारा पूर्व का निवासी हूं। मैं आप का ध्यान एक ऐसे समस्याओ पर केंद्रित करना चाहता हूं।जो रोजाना यहां के लोगो को सामना करना पड़ता है। नल्ल्लासोपरा पूर्व पोलिस स्टेशन के सामने एक चौक है इस चौक पे रोज शाम को 8 बजे से लेकर रात के 11 बजे तक ट्राफिक जाम रहता हैं। पर दुर्भाग्य की बात यह है कि यहां उस समय कोई ट्राफिक पोलिस नहीं दिखाई देते। जिससे लोगो को काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता हैं। उस समय पूरा रोड ट्राफिक से जाम हो जाता है।और 3 से 4 घंटे तक ऐसे ही ट्राफिक लगा रहता है।
सबसे ज्यादा ऑटो रिक्शा चालको के वजह से ट्रैफिक जाम होता है। लेकीन आर.टी.ओ इस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं करते जिससे इस चौक पर रोजना ट्रैफिक जाम होता है ।
आप से नम्र विनंती है कि आप यहां शीघ्र अति शीघ्र आप के अधिकारियों द्वारा कार्यवाही करके यहां के लोगो को इस समस्या से छुटकारा दिलाए।

माझी स्विफ्ट vdi कार MH.14 GN8780 या गाडीवर सिग्नल ब्रेक केल्याची एक चलन पडलेले आहे. चलन वरील फोटोत दाखवल्याप्रमाणे माझी गाडी ही येलो सिग्नल मध्ये पास झाली होती आणि ज्यावेळी माझी गाडीने झेब्रा क्रॉसिंग केला त्यावेळी सिग्नल ग्रीन होता सिग्नल जर बदलला तर मी मध्येच गाडी कशी थांबाऊ शकतो आणि अचानक ब्रेक मारला तर पाठीमागील गाडी मला ठोकू पण शकली असती..
तरी कृपया आपण सदर पावती ही चुकीची असून ती रद्द करण्यात यावी ही विनंती.

Dear Sir,

Yesterday i.e. 06-02-23 I was driving back with my family from Nasik to Mumbai in the evening. There was a guy with one small kid sitting behind on Mahindra SUV Car MH04JV7066 driving very rash with flashing high beam upper light to every car including mine. The incident was some where after Kasara Ghat highway between 9:00 to 10:00 pm. The SUV car flash light was so powerfull that for a second I could not see the road and it was highly dangerous plus he was honking like crazy. More into that i was worried about the small kid as well inside that car. He was risking his life, his kid life as well as others life.

I would request you to please to take appropriate action on the same.

A responsible citizen of Mumbai/India.

I have already paid online an amount of Rs 2000 for e challan number HSPCC[protected] on December 6th 2022. UPI transaction ID for the same is[protected] google transaction ID is CICAgJCemYWxfg

I was issued an e-challan for not wearing a seatbelt. The evidence provided was a picture of my vehicle from behind displaying the number plate.

I always wear a seatbelt while driving and was wearing that day too.

When i raised a grievance against the e-challan, it was rejected stating that the evidence is valid because it was an on duty traffic officer who raised the e-challan.

This is sheer bullying. In this case any on duty traffic officer can click a picture of a vehicle from behind and issue an false challan without any offense being actually committed.

Where can we complaint?

I was stopped by traffic police in Aurangabad signal due to signal jumping and take my car pic when my car is standstill when i stopped. i am behind a bus and signal turns red when i am mid the signal and their is no chance to me to back and the only i thing to complete the square. the i was stopped by traffic police. i told him complete things but they are not accept. they just tell me to provide 500 as fine i told them i will pay online then he told me that online you need to pay 1500. how such costly in online. Our country is heading towards to digital, but such thing is not encouraging.

signal jumping fine is 500 but how they provide 1500.Police told me I jumped signal 2nd but last time such incident is happened to me in jul-22. how such calculation I don't know. if i pay on spot it is not calculated and challan is 500. how?

I can pay this challan, but no proper evidence is attached on case. is it new type of corruption?
My car owner name is not updated though I complete registration process last 3 years ago. RTO should update this atleast.

Hi. I live in Shashank cooperative housing society in Matunga west Mahim. A bike Duke KTM 250 is parked every Friday in our premises. The registration number is MH01 CX 2316. The person does not stay in our premises. The person parks the bike some time in the morning around 10 AM and leaves late at night around 3 AM. We are unable to trace the person. Because of this we are having lot of trouble since we are already short on parking space. Please help us.
