Yesterday i.e. 06-02-23 I was driving back with my family from Nasik to Mumbai in the evening. There was a guy with one small kid sitting behind on Mahindra SUV Car MH04JV7066 driving very rash with flashing high beam upper light to every car including mine. I have already paid online an amount of Rs 2000 for e challan number HSPCC[protected] on December 6th 2022. UPI transaction ID for the same is[protected] google transaction ID is CICAgJCemYWxfg...

I was issued an e-challan for not wearing a seatbelt. The evidence provided was a picture of my vehicle from behind displaying the number plate.

I always wear a seatbelt while driving and was wearing that day too.

When i raised a grievance against the e-challan, it was rejected stating that the evidence is valid because it was an on duty traffic officer who raised the e-challan.

This is sheer bullying....

I was stopped by traffic police in Aurangabad signal due to signal jumping and take my car pic when my car is standstill when i stopped. i am behind a bus and signal turns red when i am mid the signal and their is no chance to me to back and the only i thing to complete the square. the i was stopped by traffic police. i told him complete things but they are not accept. they just tell me to provide 500 as fine i told them i will pay online...

Hi. I live in Shashank cooperative housing society in Matunga west Mahim. A bike Duke KTM 250 is parked every Friday in our premises. The registration number is MH01 CX 2316. The person does not stay in our premises. The person parks the bike some time in the morning around 10 AM and leaves late at night around 3 AM. We are unable to trace the person. Because of this we are having lot of trouble since we are already short on parking space....

It was urgency to take cancer patient sh Satyendra Singh my father to the Apolo hospital and there was parking full so in hurry we parked outside hospital as there were many vehicle parked...kindly forgive us first time and revere or put less fine

Echallan no nvmcm[protected] is generated by traffic police was not justified. Vehicle was parked beside the road and' no parking' bord was not displayed there. Sharing rickshaws were also parked on the same place but there was no penalty for them....

I got a message of imposing the fine of Rs. 500 with the description of POLICE MANUAL SIGNAL VIOLATION (challan no. AMCCM[protected] ). I am ready to pay the fine if found guilty but I want to know the valid reason. My bike (MH27 CE4866) was in nagpur city on the day of chalan they have given. The photos they have given are not of my vehicle... There was interruption with the ongoing traffic. But they have given me chalan of amravati city...

I want to know about my vehicle parked at any ground then they will charge penalty for disobedience with single photo of my bike and location lacated at bhiwandi's traffic police station i need to know about why this will charges for ????...

Mumbai while driving at thane area I came one way by Google map mistake first time driving at Mumbai police traffic make fine 200 rupees ok I agreed.
But unnecessary make signal side dangerous driving false information. Please check signal Camera and do the needful....

While driving in nagpur signal symbol in yellow crossed sudden one aged lady passed on the road I stopped the vehicle.
Traffic police come and put fine dangerous driving unnecessary.

On Checking Officer denied to accept digital copy of DL MH[protected] and immediately fined Rs 500 digitally challan No JLGCM[protected]I got msg within two minutes while I was to trying to show licence in mparivahan app and officer very rude in behaviour asked to go and make complaint which makes me more annoyed, i left humbly he never showed his name plate wearing black jacket over uniform. I contest this challan as these traffic violation were not committed by me

1.) Was carrying a valid driver's license but was not asked to produce any.

2.) Was wearing a seat belt.

I have always been a law abiding citizen of India & I hope law will be upheld in this situation. I hope you would look...

Fine was to be 500 but cops charge 3 times amount of 1500 and force us to pay...

I was travelling on Ahemednagar to pathardi on 18th Dec 2022, somewhere near Tisgaon on road, traffic police asked to take aside my car, i took aside and talked to other police from same traffic police team, and i told them that "sir my New is car yet to complete one year and i have all the documents along with valid driwing licence", that police said ok, told me to go, but after sometime i had received challan...

Near by road side hawkers are blocking the road and creating traffic jams. Please look into this matter as many road side accidents are resultant of this traffic and illegal vehicle parking...

I had been received msg 31st Oct 20022 asking for Rs. 1000/- I hereby request you to please reverse the charges charged and also the evidence shown in the chalan is also not suffice.

Kindly reverse the charges charged....

I was fined for red light violation vide e chalan number mumcm[protected], i had stopped vehicle but white line was crossed. Another wagon r behind me speeded away and no fine was taken, as the vehicle sped by.

It hurts when sincerity is being taken for granted and offenders are not penalised...

Wrong Challan issued on Mapahe Shil Road. Echallan No TNCCC[protected] Dt: 20.10.2022 for Rs. 2000.00. The road is highway of 3 lane each side. Traffic Police has issued challan of over speeding (Speed Violation by driver). The challan shows speed limit : 30Km/Hr & Vehicle speed was 67 Km/Hr. Please note that its a state/national highway & there is no speed limit signage on the Highway..

This is the 2nd challan I have received....
