I am a handicapped person.
My Vehicle number is MH03AZ6698.
I have been parking my Automatic Car at a clear parking area outside Grace Plaza, S V Road Jogeshwari West Mumbai for past 5 years.
There are abolutely no "No Parking" signs in that area.
The parking area is not in-line with flowing traffic at all.
There is parking for about 10-12 cars in that area, which are regularly parked for more than 20 years.
I have received 2 challans for Sec122/177 MVA RW Sec 127 MVA .
1st April 2022 Challan No MUMCM[protected] for Rs. 500
10th August 2022 Challan No MUMCM[protected] for Rs. 500
There is no way it is causing any danger or inconvenience to public.

I request the authoriries to look into the matter and cancel the said chalans.

It's been couple of months we citizens are facing huge traffic from dapodi bridge till khadkii..due to one way through khadki road there are huge hassle...due to traffic jams . I've seen ambulance waiting for more than 15-20min in the traffic. It's not a singal day we suffer this issue(from 8am-9pm). It nearly take 1.5hrs for us to move from dapodi to khadki.if there are any break down or any issue the traffic in khadki ha impacted us alot. It has jam all the bridges.It's a humble request plzz find a resolution.plzz it's humble request. We've waste tons of hours in this traffic. I would really appreciate if you could find a resolution ASAP

The taxi's PUC wasn't done. It was polluting the air around as some was coming from the outlet behind the taxi. License plate no is MH 12 NB 5077

I was charged for violating speed norms vide e-challan no.NVMCC[protected] dtd.28.03.2022. But in the image provided it was not clearly seen that car was running in Lane B for which speed limit mentioned 80km/hr. Car no. MH -43 BY 4648. Kindly help me getting out of the mentioned charges.

In last night I travel with my lil sister In my scooty for buying general things like chips and biscuits etc in nandanvan i parked my vehical in one line parking I hve only 5 to 10 min work there and when back i saw there are already 3 line parking done there are huge crowd gathering on road u can imagine how the traffic are..and my scooty stucked there for so long time and in nandanvan it's happened in regular basic only and the main point is MS CHAAP CORNER, MOMO G COUNTER, dharamraj bakery the falludaa wala and in opposite side alive chawpatti murliwala, jepise cafe they also equally responsible for the traffic they gathered huge tremendous crowd they don't even talk properly response properly PLS it's my humble request to take an action ASAP

I am residing in Kalyan. It has been third time traffic police has raised challan against me. In traffic camera images it can be clearly seen I have not jumped signal but they have raised challan against me.

With due respect, I want to state that Challan No. HIGCC[protected] was wrongly booked. The speed limit claimed was 82 but no speed limit Board was found. My Speed as recorded was 87. Actually as per the picture Vehicle no. was MH12TK8313 and vehicle company is Mahindra Scorpio. Please remove challan from my vehicle MH12TK8313 as soon as possible.

I have received a challan for wrong parking + towing. But my scooter was not towed. So instead of 500₹ for wrong parking i am levued 1500₹ for wrong parking + towing.

आम्हाला मुंबई-पुणे द्रुतगती महामार्गावर आखून दिलेल्या वेगापेक्षा अधिक वेगाने गाडी हाकल्याबददल रूपये ४, ००० दंड आकारण्यात आला. चलान क्रमांक HSPCC[protected]- 19/7 आणि HSPCC[protected]- 19/7.

हा दंड आम्हाला मान्य नाही व हा अवैध आहे कारण महामार्गावर वेगनियंत्रणाचे कुठलेही सूचना फलक हे राज्यभाषा मराठी मध्ये नव्हते म्हणून त्या नियमांबद्दल माहिती मिळालीच नाही. मा. बाॅम्बे उच्च न्यायालयाच्या आदेशानुसार महाराष्ट्रात मराठी भाषेतील कायदे कळणे व त्याचे पालन बंधनकारक आहे पण इतर भाषेतील नाही.

On 27July 2022, I was carrying critical Covid 19 Patient for urgent medical treatment. Speed limit vlaimed was 90 but no dpeed limit Board found. My Speed as recorded was 98. Photograph also reveals Corona positive mask weared patient. Considering urgency of medical treatment, fine of Challan number HSPCC[protected] of Rs 2000 may be cancelled for Tata Nexon MH12SY2140

My 2 wheeler MH09FC1741 with chassis no 9559 was parked in designated 2 wheeler parking area near Wakad, Pimpari-Chinchwad on 12/05/2022(Same is validated with Traffic officer deputed at Wakad station). Still, I got challan for violation under section 122/177 MVA with challan no PMCCM[protected] for fine of 1500 Rs. It can also be seen in given evidence of challan that the bike is parked in designated area along with other vehicles correctly...

Yesterday my car (MH19AE2969) was parked at the market in Dhule city. The vehicle was parked as such there was interruption with the ongoing traffic and neither there was no NO PARKING ZONE. The other vehicles with the traffic police vehicle were also parked over there. I completed with my work and I got a message of imposing the fine of Rs. 500 with the description of POLICE MANUAL SIGNAL VIOLATION (challan no. DHUCM[protected]). I am ready...

This is in regards to a message I received today from Maharashtra traffic police saying I haven't paid the fine yet and so Lok Adalat notice for pre litigation is pending against my name.
I just want to clarify that first of all, section 184 MVA was wrongly put on me by Mr. Ashish Nikam who was on duty that time. He had no evidence that i had crossed the red light, still he stopped my vehicle and started arguing with me and my wife. Upon asking for evidence, he got aggressive and wrongly framed me under sec 184. He misused his power so I filed the complaint against him on grievance redressal. Later I was conveyed that my grievance against sec 184 was dismissed. They dismissed it twice.

Finally after realising the sad state of grievance system of maha traffic police, i paid the file of 1400/-Rs on 11th March through UPI using the payment link sent. Let me clearly say that I have paid the fine unwillingly. Still, I got a message today saying lok adalat notice is still pending as i haven't paid the challan amount yet. I have sent them proof via email that i have paid the file on 11th march.
