Maharashtra University of Health Sciences — College not relieving me despite one and half years

I Dr Sanjeev Jakati, was working in swargiya Dadasaheb kalmegh smriti dental college nagpur. I was relieved from the college on 1st March 2019.

It's been one and half year since then, but the college has not yet relieved me from muhs teachers website portal

Plz inform the college management and do the needful
