Dear Conecern,
I was MBA student for the session of[protected] at Hindu Institute of management, sonepat affiliated to Maharishi dayanand university, rohtak. My 4th semester result was not declared due to pending VIVA exam (Sem:-4th, Subject code:H04) marks which i did not give due to my on job training But in November 2006, i received call from Institute regarding reappeared to my VIVA exam (Subject code:-H04) on 20/12/2016.
i went to institute at examination day for giving my viva exam after giving the exam institute gave me written confirmation with sign and stamp that i have given my viva exam so collect the mark sheet and degree from university (letter attached). After six month, i went to MD university to collect my degree & marksheet, they told me that please bring your roll number from institute of reappeared exam. So it was difficult for me to went to sonepat from rohtak in single day i went back to my base location which is ambala .then again after one month, i went to HIM institute, sonepat to know about my roll number, i surprised to hear that they don't have my roll number then i show them written confirmation letter which issue by institute then they told me we cant do any thing please go to university, then university & Institute play with me like ping pong ball.
After that i occupied in my job so i started mailing to institute and university after 10 months of hard effort and reminders they gave me another shock that they don't have my viva exam marks, even my 3rd and 4th semester registration number are same as per university ( mail attached). Now after 10 years even they did not send even signal communication to me regarding result, reappear exam status and roll number. they are asking me to come to the university with original documents and also giving me mercy chance for repapered exam.
How ridiculous is this..i have so many complaints/queries against institute and university regarding their poorest processes and how they are playing with the career of students:-:-
1). I had given my reappear exam on 20-December-2006 and institute not able to give me roll number while thay had issue me written confirmation at that time it means they have no value regarding their stamp and sings which is legal and legitimate evidence.
2.) As Per university, institute did not send them my viva marks for subject code:H04 while institute gave me written confirmation.
3.) Neither university nor institute send me any communication regarding my result, marks or any communication. whose responsibility is to declare the result.
4). In 10 years they don't bother at all to declared my result or able to intimate me that they didn’t receive my marks from institute and I have lost my all reappeared chances.
5). If i would have again Reappear in same subject then all my chances might have gone but its university’s fault that is why they are asking me to come up again for mercy chance after 10 years.
6). Institute can give me written confirmation that i had given my re-appeared exam and collect mark-sheet with degree from university, but not able to provide me role number.
7.) If i agree for mercy chance then they will declared me pass in current year. it will be dark mark on my professional career that person was not able to pass a exam in 10 years.
8). Do institute and university think that i am a robot, who is able to remember all the things which i read 11 year back is still in my mind.
9.) If my 3rd and 4th semester registration numbers not similar ( as per their mail-attached) then what can I do. Its totally university’s responsibility to sort out the issue because I visited university and institute many time but that time they were playing with me like a ping pong ball but now when I threaten them for legal action they are asking me to come up aging with original documents and for viva exam at university. were they sleeping that time?.
Please look into this issue because I have cleared my government exam and they are asking for original mark sheet and degree. so my career is on the edge due to unprofessional and irresponsible efforts o[censored]niversity and institute.

Complaint marked as Resolved COMPLAINT has not resolve by MDU they just try to get away from their responsibilities because institutes are comes under university’s jurisdiction so if they are so irresponsible that can issue the authority letter to student for collecting mark sheet and degree but not able to send the marks of viva reappeared exam. who will take the accountability to give the affiliation to institute.
if institutes are not able to work properly then what for universities are there, had university ever asked from institute that what steps they have taken to inform the students who had re-appeared in exams. if they not done then what for universities are there, if institutes are not doing their work properly..I am keeping you update with the status of this case so that you understand that how they are harassing us and irresponsible and to whom university has given affiliation.
I am nothing for then but you have authority to ask them regarding this case because you have given them affiliation.when you give the affiliation to institute you have Performa which i have attached with this mail in which it has clearly mentioned periodical inspection. if not done then i will go to onward.
Institute also in the loop of all mails.
Its university's direct responsibility to track the institutes to whom they have given affiliation to play with students careers.
Maharshi Dayanand University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
