This issue is causing significant distress and anxiety, as it is directly impacting my job application process.

I have been attempting to access the e-verification service on the University of Mumbai's website for several weeks now. Unfortunately, the website consistently fails to allow login, rendering the service completely inaccessible. This malfunction is causing a severe delay in the verification of my academic credentials, which is a critical requirement for my job application.

The inability to complete this verification process is not only jeopardizing my current job application but also creating a substantial amount of stress and anxiety. The fear of losing a potential job opportunity due to this technical issue is overwhelming, and I am left with no other recourse but to seek your assistance.

I kindly request the Consumer Complaint Forum to intervene in this matter and facilitate a resolution. It is imperative that the University of Mumbai addresses this issue promptly to ensure that students and alumni can access the e-verification service without any further hindrance.

Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it directly affects my professional future and well-being. I am hopeful that with your intervention, the University of Mumbai will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and restore the functionality of their e-verification service.

I applied for duplicate Degree certificate on 14th Feb 2024 and made the payment for the same on Aaple sarkar website (https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/). I have applied my convocation certificate on27 Dec 23, it got reject due to name mismatch reapplied visited 3-4 time no one giving clarity where is my application stuck, staff is saying talk to this sir talk to that sir no proper response, staff is rude bcoz of this attitude I am going to loose my visa.
I am pass out 2008, university misplace my certificate than also I applied duplicate copy, very much disappoint with support team. In this technology world people are still facing issue of staff loose worker.

My migration certificate was pending to be submitted to University which I did submit 2 months ago. After that I submitted a letter from my college to University to issue my 8 sem marksheet on 20/12/2023, the letter was taken by University and gave received sign stamp on the my letter copy now after a month 04/02/2024 they still haven't processed my marksheet.

I hope this communication finds you well. My name is Shifa Khudabux, and I am writing to bring to your attention a series of issues I have encountered concerning the release of my 6th semester mark sheet, issued through Wilson College, affiliated with Mumbai University.

I completed my business management studies with Wilson College in 2022, and despite successfully clearing all my exams, I am yet to receive my 6th semester mark sheet. The delay has caused considerable inconvenience, affecting various aspects of my academic and professional pursuits.

Upon multiple visits to the college office, I was informed that the delay is attributed to the college’s failure to forward my verification documents to Mumbai University. This, despite the fact that my previous marksheets prominently display “Mumbai University” with the mention of Wilson College underneath.

In an attempt to expedite the process, I have reached out to the college through emails and calls, seeking clarification and resolution. However, the response has been unsatisfactory.

Furthermore, during one of my follow-up visits, the concerned person received a call on the landline, which I overheard. After completing the call, they informed me that it was from a girl who has been facing a similar situation since 2015, experiencing persistent delays in receiving her mark sheet despite continuous follow-ups.

This revelation adds to my concerns and raises questions about the efficiency and responsiveness of the administrative processes at Mumbai University.

I was also instructed to provide an undertaking stating that the delay is my fault, implying that I failed to submit the required documents. This is incorrect, as all necessary documents were submitted to the college during my course duration.

I am writing this formal complaint seeking your intervention and swift resolution to the issues mentioned above. I kindly request a thorough investigation into the delay in processing my 6th semester mark sheet and an explanation for the discrepancy in communication between Wilson College and Mumbai University.

Your urgent attention to this matter is crucial, as it not only impacts my academic records but also raises concerns about the overall transparency and efficiency of the administrative processes involved.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution that ensures the timely release of my 6th semester mark sheet.

My seat number was 3229435 in semester 5 .I had the submitted the 2 papers for revaluation but the results is not displayed till now . Please give me update about my revaluation.

Mcom 1 Sem 1 was held in April 2023 and Mcom 1 Sem 2 was held in July 2023. But still we students are waiting for the results. We have enrolled in Mcom 2 on provisional basis ; but why is it taking so much time to release the results of Mcom 1 Sem 1 & 2 ?

I have applied for Educational credential evaluation (WES evaluation) on 29th August 2023 for the first time. All my documents were verified then except for my M.Pharm Transcripts which I duly uploaded and informed via mail on 6th Sep 2023 when I received the mail. There was no action on this application and eventually the duration of 1-month passed and my application was rejected.

I have applied again for the second time on 30th Sep 2023. This time both my transcripts are not being verified inspite of it being verified the previous time. Neither have I got any corrective measures other than auto-generated emails as to what has to be done to expedite the process.
I have received another email stating that the transcripts are not uploaded when they clearly are.

Mumbai University site shows a maximum 4 to 5 weeks for completion of the whole process. It has been 2 months since I have applied.

I have passed Bcom in year 2022 and I haven't received my final consolidated marksheet along with 6th sem result. College principal has told me that result has not been sent from University. I've visited University more than 30 times since last year. They just keep saying it's in process and they will send it to college. However it has 15 months I have not yet received 6th sem and consolidated marksheet. I'm not able to apply for job and MBA due to not having 6th sem and consolidated result. I request you to please look after this. Because this is my only final hope. I don't know what else shall I do. I'm at point where I'm fed up and think about committing suicide.

I wanted to know that I've given a KT exam for my one paper from 7th semester, and I've received 28 marks in the paper.

Even after it being the only paper and passing in all other subjects in 7th semester also 8th semester.
I've not received 4 grace marks. These marks would have made me pass and clear my engineering. It is very necessary for me, may I know the reason for this. If this is by mistake, is there any way I can raise this issue to get my result as Pass.
