I applied for duplicate Degree certificate on 13th August 2025 and made the payment for the same on Aaple sarkar website (https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/). Recently i wanted Transcripts/MOI for my spouse’s immigration purposes, and filled an application on its online portal mu.etranscripts.in. The portal first of all is pathetic and in dire need of modernisation. The process is weirdly online/offline, I mean if they could email college for confirmation of transcripts that they sent which we added in portal, they could just directly ask college for transcripts right? or just verify themselves,...

I had applied for Marksheet verification of Semester 7th and 8th, on the Mumbai University website (univ.secur.co.in) on 26th April 2023 with Application ID- 8284 and also paid required fees, attaching the receipt. On 29th April, 2023 I received a mail to edit my year of passing and Semester which was also done on 29th April 2023.

Since than i haven't received anything from MU nor they are responding to any mails or calls....

I have submitted all my documents for RLE to mumbai university on[protected] still I'm waiting for my result they said you will get under 1 or 2 month but now its more than 2 months How much time it will take as I'm not able to join job now if I didn't get the certificate. I have applied for verification degree certificate on dt 8th May 2022 with all required documents. Two weeks later still it pending. I had mail to help centre but i did not receive any response from them. They have not given any helpline no for further update.

I had applied for duplicate marksheet on 28 feb 2022 and made the payment for the same. On aaple sarkar website the application status is showing "forward" since the 1 month with no other update... Tried calling on Aaple sarkar helpline and executive is asking for to fill appeal form.
My application form has now an "appeal form" which asks wierd details and I have no idea how to fill it nor there was any instruction regarding this given...

I have completed my PGDFM year 20-21 from IDOL Mumbai University. I got my degree certificate for said course on 03.03.2022 but there was mistake in Marathi surname mentioned on it. So as directed by PGDFM section I went to Mahatma Jotirao Phule Bhavan and submitted said certificate for correction same day.

I Darshana Mistry applied for Fyba on 10Dec 2021. I made the payment through gpay. The payment got stuck so I complained at airpay customer care service .they reverted that your payment will be refunded as transaction has failed.But I got confirmation of successful payment to the university of Mumbai on 13/12/2021.

I have applied on 8th sep 21. And stipulated time to get duplicate results and degree certificate was 30th sep 21 but on 29th sep I visited mumbai University, and I was surprised by the ans that they have not received my application. And after receiving application on their desk it will take more 15-20 days. What is the use on online system if concerned officer don't get applications. I clicked on apply online option & then clicked on admission to another program option. But then i realized that i forgot to check my profile details such as education details, annual income of guardian etc. So when i came back on dashboard & clicked on profile tab, i could not enter in profile tab screen to check or edit my details. And a message came on top saying - "you have already applied for some program, thus your profile is locked....
