Dear Sir / Madam,
My Name is Dharmender Verma.in 2014 I enrolled myself for a correspondence PMBA course from Mahatma Gandhi University through ISBM Chandigarh. I appeared for the examination and later got the Marklist for the examination carried out in June 2014 & June 2015 vide Enrollment no. MGU/132/11100022/387.
On 19 Feb 2024, I applied for my Degree through MGU website and paid the fees of INR 20000/-. However I am yet to hear from the University since almost 10 months.
I have tried sending them emails multiple times and calling their contact numbers (mentioned on their website). However, none of them are responding.
Non availability of the degree is causing me a lot of trouble and stress as I am not able to submit it as a proof of qualification to my employers.

Now, I seek support of your esteemed office to get my degree at the earliest. I am furnishing the particulars of the University below for your kind reference.
