Dear Sir / Madam,
My Name is Dharmender Verma.in 2014 I enrolled myself for a correspondence PMBA course from Mahatma Gandhi University through ISBM Chandigarh. I appeared for the examination and later got the Marklist for the examination carried out in June 2014 & June 2015 vide Enrollment no. MGU/132/11100022/387.
On 19 Feb 2024, I applied for my Degree through MGU website and paid the fees of INR 20000/-. However I am yet to hear from the University since almost 10 months.
I have tried sending them emails multiple times and calling their contact numbers (mentioned on their website). However, none of them are responding.
Non availability of the degree is causing me a lot of trouble and stress as I am not able to submit it as a proof of qualification to my employers.

Now, I seek support of your esteemed office to get my degree at the earliest. I am furnishing the particulars of the University below for your kind reference.

I have completed BCA course from Mahatma Gandhi University via one of educational institute in 2015, I have received all my semester results but still not get final degree of BCA course-

I am writing to you in regards of the Certificate not being issued to me. I did my course from Aptech Aviation and Hospitality Academy-Vadodara[protected]. This is associated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya. My Enrollment Number is - MGU/132/RNS570013/015 and my Course was Diploma in Airport Management and Customer Service (DAMCS). I have my marksheets of both the semesters. But due to some reasons I was not able to take the Degree from your side. And now the center from where I did the course has been shut down. I am trying a lot lately to get my Degree/Certificate on a very urgent basis and have contacted a lot of people for the same but haven't got any proper response from them. Kindly try on give me the solution for this at the earliest.

Hello myself Punit Rawat enrollment no - MGU/172/11012/0134. no response regarding degree Certificate I had applied for my BSC FSHM degree Certificate to MGU Meghalaya 90 days back[protected] and yet I have not received my certificate from them. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at many times they do not answer mails, calls, they turn off their numbers or they cut your call and also they talk rudely to people. I have to apply for my higher education in another university and said they will issue the certificate in 90 days. But have not received it yet. Highly unprofessional and has not at all taken student's career seriously. If any one could help me with this trouble please look after it.

I am a student of mahatma gandhi university. I have cleared all the examination held by university. You can check online result is available but i didn't get hard copy of my mark-sheet since i have written so many mails and calls several times but you guys are not responding properly. I am very sorry to say but this is very disappointing kind of thing that how can a university do this type of ignorance to a student.

After completion i have applied for the convocation certificate 3years back with all the relevant documents mentioned with the online payment of 5000rs, but i have still no got any information regarding the same. I have completed my bachelor in business administration from mahatma gandhi university, meghalaya in june' 2016 through doon foundation, code - sn1108010. My enrolment no. Is mgu/32/sn1108010/018. The marksheets i have received has a spelling error in name of my father as "chaubal mdhukarbhai" instead of "chaubal madhukarbhai". The center coordinator has written several emails and paid the necessary amount to get the issue resolved to concerned authorities. I have submitted all my original marksheets as part of the process. There has been no update on this issue since i have addressed the issue. I have tried several attempts from my end to get in touch with the authorities but no one is responding to my issue. If required i'm ready to share the necessary email conversation, documents, payment receipt for the same. I need these errors rectified at the earliest to submit for my further promotions. Kindly provide support at the earliest.

Dear sir,

I am surya prakash, registration no. Mgu141sn[protected], completed mba in december 2015 but till now i didn't get my 4th semester mark sheet and final degree certificate. I written exam for marketing management and advanced supply chain management as a subject in 3rd semester but by mistake in mark sheet i got world class operation in place of marketing management, so please do correction in my 3rd semester mark sheet and provide me 4th semester mark sheet and final degree certificate. I am sending my 3rd semester mark sheet, please find in attachment.

Therefore, it is a request to you that take necessary action on above matter as soon as possible.

I enrolled for distance mba from mahatma gandhi university
(Meghalaya), my enrollment number is "mgu/131/sn1209054/006".
I haven't received my final marksheet for 4th semester yet, whereas, i appeared in the month of november 2014. I have taken admission through cp careers located in mumbai to this university, i followed up with cp careers month after month but got only one answer that the university will issue the result soon.

I am very much concerned now since it is more than 1year that i haven't got my result.

I request you to please look into this complaint asap.
