Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya — University has not been issuing Provisional, Migration and Convocation certificates for the last one and half year

I am Mirthuru Abdul Gaffar, bearing roll no.MGU/111/SN1212012/025, enrolled and appeared for M.A English exam in 2012 through a study center by the name "NGEN College of Animation" situated at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. I passed all the exams and applied for Provisional and Migration certificates on 13th November 2014 through "NGEN College of Animation" along with a DD for an amount of Rs.5, 500/-. And after seeing on your web portal I applied directly for "Convocation" certificate along with a DD for an amount of Rs. 2, 000/- on 6th January 2015. And sent to Khanapara Campus:13th Mile, G.S. Road, Khanapara Under Dist-Ri-Bhoi, Meghalaya – 793101. I have waited for one and half year for the certificates but no reply. "NGEN college" has closed and I am unable to contact them. I started calling one or the concern officials "Preeti", contact no. [protected] which I got from "NGEN College of Animation" long back. Preeti has not been attending my calls for the last 6 months. Now I am in a great trouble. I have applying for jobs but the HR officials are not accepting the M.A marks lists. They are asking for either provisional or convocation. I even messaged the same to Preeti and NGEN College but got no reply. So I humbly request to look into the matter and help me in issuing my provisional, migration and convocation certificates as soon as possible.
