My name is Abdul Samee, I have completed my B.Sc IT in Mumbai in the year 2016 and have applied for the degree original certificate on March 2022 through FAST TRACK and they told me that the orginal certificate will get within one month. But I have received an email saying some documents have detected defect. i ahave send mutlinple e mails and requesting for reult and certificates. Many times I tried for getting the helpline number but never connected. kindly request the concerned people to take necessary action and do the needful.

Sir please help I had pay 12000/- to MGU university Meghalaya now I can’t contact them and no response from university please I really need help...

I have completed my graduation (Bachelor of Science In Hardware Networking & Security Surveillance) from Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya, India in 2016. Dear sir, my name is parvesh kumar from new delhi. I have enrolled for mgu, mbaal and have completed the course under enrollment no: mgu/122/sn1208045/026, after completion i have applied for the degree certificate on date 10/april/2018 with all the relvant documents mentioned as well as a online payment of rs. 5000.00 in favour of mgu, but i have still no got any information regarding the same. No response regarding provisional certificate and yet i have not received my certificate. Also, no one is receiving my phone calls since last few days and not replying to mail as well. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer my calls. I have to apply for immigration to canada. Highly unprofessional behaviour by keeping a student's career at stake and harassing a serving defence personnel.

Please try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Looking forward for a positive and prompt reply.

I has been registered online diploma certificate in mgu through online process and paid rs 5000 and it's done payment successfully. Mgu/122/sns12073708/281. The number provided is always busy.
I sent email but i havent received any information so far. But yet now, i haven't received my degree on my given address in delhi.

I requested you please send me soon the degree at my home address. I really need it.

Applied for convocation certificate online with full payment of inr 5000/-
More than 3 to 4 months hv passed there appears to be no lead on the said certificate.
Follow up on website shows no database.
Losing on job opportunities for want of certificate.
What do i do?

I had enrolled for mca degree from mgu meghalaya under the enrollment no. mgu/121/sn1108006/098 and have completed the course in dec 2014. i had applied for the degree online on 09 may 2016 as instructed by the study center (softdot technologies, preet vihar). till date i have not got the degree or any satisfactory status from the university. on the website of mgu the status is shown as applied till date.

I am a student of mgu shillong meghalaya (a distane learner ) I am pursuing BBAM course from APTECH AVIATION AND HOSPITALITY ACADEMY I am going to give my 5th semester exam but till now I haven't received any of my previous semester marksheets MGU staff is not responding to my emails not even receiving the phone for once .so if these people are not sending my marksheets then how can I trust them that they will send my degree also?? No response regarding Provisional Certificate I had applied for my UG Provisional Certificate to MGU Meghalaya 2 months back and yet I have not received my certificate from them. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer your calls, they turn off their numbers or they cut your call and also they talk rudely to people. Hello, I have applied for certificate and personally went to meghalaya and paid Rs 3000 4 months ago and i still havent received it. I have to apply for student visa for canada for Jan intake and if i miss it my whole year will be wasted. I think this university is not legit.
