[Resolved]  Mahavir Electronics — Not able to do service in warranty

I had purchased the the micromax mobile and it is in warranty . I am not able to hear the voice of the call so i had come to micromax service center as the phone is in warranty. They had asked the engineer and when he told he will not able to rwpair then the officials tolf that we will not able to cover the phobe in warranty as there are scratches on phone. the manager hiren lodya dont even see the phone and told we will not cover under warranty.
